Terms
Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of this website. They do not replace the contract for any individual transaction.
Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Effective: 14 October 2026
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by SARL New Global Industrial Resources, a limited liability company (SARL) registered in Algeria, trading as NAGTAR. Sourvia is the public sourcing interface of that activity. Full company identification is set out in the legal notice.
Any commercial transaction is contracted with SARL New Global Industrial Resources, not with the Sourvia or NAGTAR names as such. Purchase orders, contracts, invoices and payment instructions are issued in the legal name. If a document or a payment instruction does not match this entity, treat it as suspicious and confirm it at info@nagtar.com before acting on it.
Status of the information published
This website provides general information about sourcing and supply. Content is published for information. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contractual commitment.
Product availability, specifications, logistics and commercial terms remain subject to verification and written confirmation against a specific request. Indicative figures describe the supply base, not guaranteed volumes or performance.
References to other companies are sector context. They do not imply partnership, endorsement, agency or a client relationship unless a signed agreement says so.
Requests, offers and contracts
Sending a request does not create a contract. A click to accept an offer prepares an agreement. A contract exists only when the parties sign it.
FOB and FCA do not include the buyer’s main carriage. Commission tracking follows the written agreement and does not create a right by itself.
What Sourvia does not do
NAGTAR qualifies, negotiates and coordinates export. Sourvia does not take payment, hold funds in escrow, or book the buyer’s main freight.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for lawful professional purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading or third-party details through our forms.
- Use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages or malicious files.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or its data.
- Circumvent measures that protect the forms from abuse.
- Extract, scrape or republish site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
We may restrict access where we detect abuse. That restriction does not, by itself, end a separate signed contract.
Intellectual property
The Sourvia name, the NAGTAR name, logos, page content, product descriptions and downloadable material are the property of SARL New Global Industrial Resources, unless credited otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything beyond that requires prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it without written confirmation from us.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. These limitations concern this website only. Liability under an individual sale contract is governed by that contract.
External links and personal data
Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control their content and we are not responsible for it.
Our handling of personal data, including cookies and measurement, is described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Disputes relating to this website fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria. An individual commercial contract may provide for different governing law and dispute resolution. Those provisions prevail for that transaction.
