Company identification

Sourvia is the public sourcing interface of SARL New Global Industrial Resources, registered in Algeria and trading as NAGTAR. Commercial correspondence, contracts and invoices are issued in the name of the legal entity, so the names appear together in our documents.

Registration numbers

Commercial register, tax and statistical identification numbers are provided on request as part of a counterparty due diligence process. We provide them together with the supporting certificates, so your compliance team receives a complete file in one exchange.

Request the company and compliance pack by writing to info@nagtar.com.

Hosting and processors

The site is served over HTTPS. When a dedicated project is configured, application data is stored with Supabase. Transactional email is sent with Resend when a key is configured. Page measurement uses PostHog’s European Union endpoint when a key is configured. Sourcing requests are transmitted to the NAGTAR API when that API is configured. Otherwise they remain queued.

Intellectual property

The Sourvia name, the NAGTAR name, logos, page content, product descriptions and downloadable material on this website are the property of SARL New Global Industrial Resources, unless credited otherwise. Reproduction for commercial purposes requires prior written permission.

Third-party company names mentioned on this website are references to the supply landscape we operate in. They do not indicate a commercial partnership, endorsement or agency relationship.

Accuracy of information

Product specifications, availability and logistics information on this website are indicative. They describe what is typically sourced and are not a binding offer. Firm terms are confirmed per transaction, in writing, against a specific request.

Applicable law

This legal notice and the use of this website are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any dispute relating to this website falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria, without prejudice to the dispute resolution clauses agreed in individual commercial contracts.
